Things I’m most proud of in no particular order and certainly not exhaustive
The core of my role is to lead the digital transformation or “Shit to digital” as we call it internally and innovation activities which go with that.
I try to complete the puzzle of the various business questions starting with the executive board’s strategy cascading down to our business units, regional management, operational management all the way to the various product owners.
I then align those with our customer’s needs and wants, digital trends and our current and desired technical capabilities into a Vision, Strategy and Roadmap and make sure we have an architecture and vision that supports this all.
I act as a bridge between various stakeholders and supporting functions and help prioritise across them and then work with my product owners and the various parties involved (IT, front end development, Operations, System Integrators etc.)
